Who we are
Gnosis is operated by Grow Wild Agency Inc. (“Grow Wild”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: founders@growwildagency.com, or write to us at [Grow Wild Agency Inc. mailing address — to be added].
What we collect
- Account data — name, email, organization/workspace, and role.
- Content you connect — the documents, messages, and records your connectors sync, plus the questions you ask. This is yours; we process it only to provide the service.
- Operational data — logs, request metadata, and security/audit events needed to run, secure, and debug the service.
- Billing data — handled by Stripe; we store only your plan, subscription status, and Stripe identifiers, never card numbers.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, ground answers in your connected sources, route requests to the right model, maintain your audit log, process billing, and provide support. We do not use your connected content to train third-party models.
We do not sell your data, and we don't run ad-trackers
We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not embed third-party advertising or analytics trackers (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no advertising cookies). Because there is no sale or sharing, there is nothing to opt out of on that front — but you may still exercise the rights below.
Cookies
We use only first-party, functional cookies that are necessary for the product to work: your authentication session, your selected workspace, your console theme preference, and (when set) a local branding override. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Service providers (subprocessors)
We rely on a small set of providers to operate Gnosis: our hosting and database infrastructure, Stripe (payments), and the model/data providers you choose to connect or enable (for example Anthropic or a local Ollama runtime, and connectors such as Google, Slack, GitHub, Netlify). Each processes data only to deliver its part of the service. A current subprocessor list is available on request at founders@growwildagency.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of your personal data (GDPR), and to know about, delete, or correct your personal information (CCPA/CPRA). To exercise any of these, email founders@growwildagency.com; we will verify and respond within the timelines the applicable law requires. EU/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
Retention, security & transfers
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and audit purposes, then delete or anonymize it. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is scoped per workspace. If we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
