Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Gnosis, operated by Grow Wild Agency Inc. (“Grow Wild”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you may bind it.
Accounts & workspaces
You're responsible for your account, your workspace members' activity, and the accuracy of what you provide. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
Paid plans (Core, Premium, Agency) are billed through Stripe at the prices shown on our pricing page, plus any one-time onboarding fee. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled, and a one-time onboarding fee may apply.
You can cancel anytime from Account → Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan stays active through the end of the current paid period. For California subscribers, this satisfies your right to clear auto-renewal disclosure before purchase and an easy, online cancellation path. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't use Gnosis to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to breach security or scope boundaries, or connect data you lack the right to use.
Your content, and copyright (DMCA)
You keep ownership of the content you connect or upload. You grant Grow Wild a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. You're responsible for having the rights to the content you bring in.
We respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act and will remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers. Send takedown notices to our designated agent:

Email communications
We send transactional email (sign-in, security, billing) as part of the service. Any marketing email is sent only with consent, uses an honest subject line, includes a working unsubscribe link, and carries our physical mailing address, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. Unsubscribing from marketing won't stop essential transactional messages.
Intellectual property
Gnosis, its software, design, and marks are owned by Grow Wild Agency Inc. These Terms grant you no rights to them beyond using the service.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grow Wild disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination, governing law & changes
You may stop using the service anytime; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of [State], United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We'll post material changes here and update the date above.
